IndiGo does not permit the carriage of animals on its flights.

Guide dogs for blind passengers are exempt from this rule, but any passenger traveling with a guide dog should contact the IndiGo call centre at 1 800 180 3838. Please note that guide dogs for the blind may not occupy any seat. The passenger is required to bring a moisture absorbent mat, and to place it under the guide dog. The guide dog should be properly trained, restrained, and muzzled.
