Carry-On Allowance: 1 Bag + 1 Personal Item

Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a purse or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to the following requirements:

• Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 45 linear inches (length + width + height)
• Maximum Weight of Carry-on Luggage: 26 lb/12 kg

Checked Baggage Allowance: 2 Pieces

Air France provides each passenger with the baggage allowance for their particular trip. You can find this information on your electronic ticket or Trip Summary.

Passengers traveling in Tempo Class to all destinations (except Africa):

• Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
• Maximum Dimensions of 1st Bag: 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
• Maximum Dimensions of 2nd Bag: 55 linear inches/140 cm (length + width + height)
• Maximum Weight of each piece: 50 lb/23 kg

Passengers traveling in l'Espace Affaires or l'Espace Premiere to all destinations (except Africa):

• Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
• Maximum Dimensions of 1st Bag: 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
• Maximum Dimensions of 2nd Bag: 55 linear inches/140 cm (length + width + height)
• Maximum Weight of each piece: 70 lb/32 kg

Flying Blue members are allowed allowed extra weight depending on your level of status:

• Silver Members: additional 11 lb/5 kg
• Gold Members: additional 22 lb/10 kg
• Platinum Members: additional 42 lb/ 20 kg

Excess, Overweight, Oversize Baggage Fees
