Due to the shape of the business class seats, there is no underseat storage, and it is difficult to exit the window seats when the passenger in the adjacent aisle seat is fully reclined.

Passengers may connect their iPods with the in-seat video screen using a proprietary connector.

Economy Plus is offered on this aircraft type. Economy Plus is not a separate class of service but is standard economy with up to 5 inches of extra legroom. These seats are located nearer to the front of the aircraft and passengers in this section will be served first. Charges for these seats will depend on routing and may be purchased at the of booking or check-in.

  • United has recently partnered with XM Satellite Radio to offer passengers up to 19 channels of in-flight radio. The number of channels will vary by aircraft type.

  • In First, in addition to the 9 channels of video, you have your choice of 14 additional films and Airshow for your personal video player. Business class features personal video screens with 9 channels of video programming and Airshow. Economy also has personal video screens with 9 channels and Airshow mounted to the back of the seat in front of you (in the armrest for bulkheads and exit rows).
    Movie Listings
  • There are regular 110V AC power ports in first and business class. There are no power ports in economy. USB ports are also available for charging portable electronics. Beware, an iPhone will not charge via USB cable connected to the USB port in the seat.

    • Bassinets: Bassinets are available on intercontinental flights for infants up to 6 months old; reserve one for your infant through United Reservations and confirm you are seated in the proper seating area.
    • Food: Infant food is available but must be reserved before your flight's scheduled departure; request baby food at time of booking.
    Beware, there are no changing tables on this aircraft.
