Does Singapore Airlines have online check-in?
Yes, Singapore Airlines' Internet Check-in allows you to check-in up to 48 hours before your flight departs. All you need is an internet! You will have to
pick up yor boarding pass at the airport.
What are the requirements for using Internet Check-in?
- Check-in 2-48 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart.
- You are not departing from one of the following airports: Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Colombo, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
- You must be a current member of the PPS Club, KrisFlyer program or be a registered user of the Singapore Airlines' website.
- You are not a special needs passenger (ie. Unaccompanied Minor).
Make sure you leave enough time at the airport to get through security, check your bags etc.
Can I use Internet Check-in if I have bags to check?
Yes, but will have to drop your bags at a Singapore Airlines' Check-in counter at the airport before the cut-off time.
Can I change/select my seat with Internet Check-in?
Yes, when you use Internet Check-in you can:
- Change/Select your seat.
If I plan to check in at the airport, how much time should I allot?
- If you are traveling with checked baggage, Singapore Airlines recommends you arrive at the airport 2.5 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart.
- If you are traveling without checked baggage, Singapore Airlines recommends you arrive at the airport 1.5 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart.
- If you are departing from Singapore, the cut-off time for check-in is 45 minutes before your flight is scheduled to depart.

When do I need to be at the boarding gate?
