Carry-On Allowance: 1 Bag + 1 Personal Item

Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a purse or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to the following requirements:

• Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 22in x 14in x 10in/55cm x 35cm x 25cm (length x width x height)
• Maximum Weight of Carry-on Luggage: 22 lb/10 kg
• *If you are in the World Business Class or Europe Select Class you will be allowed the above, plus a garment bag or briefcase not larger than 20cm deep and 17.5 pounds/8 kg.

REMINDER: Bulkhead seats do not have underseat storage during take-off and landing.

Passengers traveling to/from the U.S. or Canada:

• Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
• Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
• Maximum Weight for Economy passengers: 50 lb/23 kg
• Maximum Weight for WBC/Europe Select passengers: 70 lb/32 kg

Passengers traveling to/from all other destinations:

• Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
• Maximum Weight for Economy passengers: 44 lb/20 kg
• Maximum Weight for WBC/Europe Select passengers: 66 lb/30 kg

Excess, Overweight, Oversize Baggage Fees
