Virgin Atlantic Seat Maps

There are 12 Boeing 747-400 in the Virgin Atlantic fleet. There are four possible versions of this aircraft.

This version operates in a three class configuration. To verify the correct version of this aircraft at the time of booking or at online check-in, the following rows may be used as a reference: Upper Class are rows 1-25; Premium Economy are rows 28-37; Economy are rows 39-80.  This version of Virgin Atlantic's 747-400 has an upper deck that seats both Upper Class and Economy Class passengers.  

The Upper Class seats on the upper deck have a slightly greater seat pitch than those on the main deck.  The main deck Upper Class seats have a seat pitch of 79.5" and the upper deck Upper Class seats have a seat pitch of 82".

All versions of this aircraft have limited underseat leg and storage room for all C, D, G, and H seats in Economy due to the presence of an equipment box.

Virgin charges extra for bulkhead and other seats which have more legroom. These seats are referred to as Extra Legroom Seats. These seats are available from 30GBP and cannot be booked online. Passengers should call Virgin reservations as the seats may be already taken on the day of travel. Exit row seats may only be reserved for a fee. This fee ranges from 50GBP for Virgin's shorter flights to 125GBP to Australia.
