With on-demand audio and video in each seat, this plane is the most high-tech of the KLM International fleet, however, many find the cabin layout and comfort to be lacking. The entertainment equipment limits underseat storage in all C, D, and G seats in Economy. As with all International KLM flights, there are only two classes of service. Also, KLM charges an additional €50 for exit row seats 31 A, B, C, G, H, and J.
