With onDemand audio and video in each seat, this plane is the most high-tech of the KLM international fleet, however, many find the cabin layout and comfort to be lacking. The entertainment equipment limits underseat storage in all C, D, and G seats in economy. As with all International KLM flights, there are only two classes of service.
KLM charges an additional fee for certain seats.
