KLM added several rows of Economy Plus seats. Platinum Flying Blue members and passengers with fully flexible Economy tickets pay nothing extra for an Economy Comfort seat. Flying Blue Gold members receive a 50% discount and Flying Blue Silver members pay 25% less.
KLM is in the process of updating the World Business section of their 747 aircraft with new lie-flat seats and outfitting all seats with Audio and Video On Demand and AC power.
