All aircraft have now been configured with angled lie-flat Business class seats that extend to a length of 77 inches.

In Economy, each seat features an individual entertainment system however underseat space at all A, J, D, and F seats is limited due to an equipment box beneath the seat. Not all of American's 777's have the same seats in Economy with power ports. Some aircraft only have power at seats 30 C and G.

    • On Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, Japan and some Mexico flights over 4 hours that operate within a traditional meal time, complimentary meal service is offered in all classes.

    In First Class, the FEBO (Front on Even Numbers flights and Back on Odd numbered flights) service pattern is used. This means that on flights with an even number, service begins from the front and vice versa. Being served first usually means choice of meals.

    • Bassinets: Bassinets can be reserved for infants traveling on long-haul aircraft; reserve one through American Airlines reservations.
    • Baby changers: Baby changers are present on all wide-body aircraft.
