  The Economy Class on the Boeing MD-11 aircraft features, depending on the individual aircraft, 14–16 music channels, while there are 16–18 music channels in Business Class.

  On some Boeing MD-11, each business class seat has a personal entertainment system. Some aircraft also have a DVD player and a selection of programs. The entertainment system contains 12 video channels, 16–18 music channels, and a power outlet for a laptop computer. There are a few laptop adapters onboard that passengers can borrow from the crew. A portable Sony PSP game console is also available for loan.

  Economy class features ceiling monitors and screens on the front wall of the cabin.

  • Bassinets: Baby baskets can be reserved for infants under 2 years old; reserve one through Finnair Reservations. The maximum inner length of the baby basket is 70 cm and the infant using the basket may not weigh more than 11 kg/24 lb.
  • Baby changers: A baby changing table is located in at least one of the lavatories in each type of aircraft on all Finnair flights.
  • Food: An infant under 2 years old will receive a regular meal if he or she has a reserved seat. A special children's meal is only available to order in business class; the meals in economy are suitable for children as well.
