  Air Transat offers complimentary special meals which must be requested through the Information and Seat Selection Centre at 1-877-872-6728. Passengers who are hearing impaired can call 1-866-234-5136 (TTY) toll free within North America or 514-906-5196 in the local Montreal area.

  Special meal requests must be received with a minimum notice of 72 hours prior to departure. Please refer your travel agent to the appropriate IATA code (see list below) for the special meal(s) you require.   Baby changing stations are available on all Air Transat aircraft.

  Air Transat offers onboard bassinets. These bassinets, which can be placed on the bulkheads, are approved by Transport Canada. The infant's weight may not exceed 11 kg (24 lbs) and his or her height may not exceed the size of the bassinet (68 x 30 x 15 cm).

  The number of seats allowing installation of bassinets is limited. Pre-selection of seats is possible for a nominal charge by calling Information and Seat Selection Centre at 1-877-TRANSAT (872-6728).
