What is Air Austral’s baggage policy?
Checked-In Baggage: Air Austral’s baggage policy for regular basic fares include the following:
- Free checked bags as long combined weight is lower than allowance
- Loisirs: 25kg
- Confort: 30kg
- Club Austral: 40kg
Excess baggage fees apply for weight greater then allowance
Sports equipment have applicable dimensions:
Carry-On Baggage:
- Maximum free hand-baggage allowance plus your personal item is 10kg
You may travel with:
- One carry one carry-on baggage that has a max length of 55cm, max height of 45cm and max width of 20cm.
- One personal item such as lap-top sized bag, handbag or brief case.
- Cartons and boxes are not considered as “baggage”.
