Pegasus Airlines: Children Flying Alone

What is Pegasus Airlines' Unaccompanied Minor Service?

Young children traveling without a parent or legal guardian are considered to be Unaccompanied Minors. Most airlines provide a service to assist these children from their point of departure to their final destination.

What age does my child have to be to qualify as an Unaccompanied Minor?

The service is mandatory for children ages 7-12 traveling without an adult of at least 18. Children 13-18 do not have to travel as an unaccompanied minor, but cannot accompany children younger than 13.

Children under 7 years of age are not allowed to travel unless accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.

What are the fees associated with this service?

The fee for unaccompanied minors is 40 TLR for domestic flights and 45 USD for international flights.

However, unaccompanied minors are eligible for a discounted child ticket.

Are there any flight restrictions?

Unaccompanied minors are ineligible to fly on the following flights:

  • Travels with transfers or stop-overs
  • Tickets with unconfirmed flights
  • Travels that involve transferring airlines
