Do I need to reserve a seat for my infant?

Children up to 2 years old (24 months) are not required to have their own seat for travel.

Will I pay for my infant to travel domestically?

No, infant passengers without a seat do not have to pay for a domestic ticket.

Will I pay for my infant to travel internationally?

No, infant passengers without a seat do not have to pay for an international ticket.

What if my child turns 2 on the trip; will I have to buy a ticket for the return flight?

No. The age of a passenger is determined by his or her age at the start of the trip.

What infant amenities are available on the aircraft I'll be flying (i.e. bassinets)?

infant iconInfant passengers without a seat have a baggage allowance of one piece, not exceeding 10 kg and 203 cm as a sum of the three dimensions. Strollers will be treated as excess baggage and charged accordingly, and may be checked at the aircraft door. Passengers may pre-order baby meals. These meals must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure. There are no bassinets available on any Nordwind Airlines (N4) aircraft.

Can I sit in the Exit Row with my infant?

No, passengers travelling with infants may not sit in the Exit Row.
