Carry-On Allowance: 1 Bag + 1 Personal Item
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. You must be able to lift your carry-on into the overhead storage without assistance. All carry-on bags must adhere to the following requirements:
- Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 45 linear in/115 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight of Carry-on Luggage: 15 lb/7 kg

Business and Premium Economy Class
Each bag must adhere to the below requirements:
- Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight: 71 lb/32 kg
Economy Class
Each bag must adhere to the below requirements:
- Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Combined Weight of both bags: 71 lb/32 kg
*Velocity Gold members may check one extra piece of luggage.

Overweight Baggage Fees
- Any additional piece of baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance: AUD $135 per piece
- Any item of baggage that meets the free baggage allowance but exceeds the weight and/or size limitations: AUD $135 per piece
- Any additional piece of baggage that also exceeds the weight and/or size limitations: AUD $270 per piece

Sports Equipment
Sporting equipment may be accepted as checked baggage provided that the item meets the following restrictions:
- Maximum Weight: 71 lb/32 kg
- Maximum Length: 109 in/277 cm
- Maximum Height: 39 in/100 cm
- Maximum Width: 33 in/84 cm
