• All flights feature a radio program with current hits, classical music, and jazz.

• TV is available on all short-haul and long-haul flights. A film is shown on all routes with a flight time of over four hours.

  Business class receives an extended video program with six additional films via the monitor on your seat.

• Air Berlin serves free snacks on all routes with a flight time of up to four hours. On routes with a flight time of more than four hours you have a choice of two complimentary menus. On routes with a flight time of more than four hours you also have the option of pre-ordering.

  On all Air Berlin routes with a flight time of 90 minutes or longer, Air Berlin offers freshly prepared gourmet meals designed by Sansibar. Depending on the time of day or season of the year, you can enjoy a range of specialties created by Herbert Seckler, who runs the Sansibar restaurant on the German island of Sylt. You can view the menu or pre-order.

  On all long-haul flights to Asia, North America, South Africa, and the Caribbean you will be served two meals in economy class: one main meal with a choice of two hot dishes, and a cold meal or snack. You also have the option of pre-ordering free special menus.

  Passengers traveling with children can also order from the children's menu.

• Air Berlin provides cots free of charge in the first row on flights of 90 minutes or longer (for infants up to 12 months old, subject to availability). You will also receive a bag with a nappy, baby bottle and a bib. Air Berlin will also warm up baby food during the flight.
