Carry-On Allowance : 1 Bag + 1 Personal Item
On all Adria Airways flights, passengers are allowed one piece of luggage weighing no more than 8 kg and having dimensions no greater than 55 x 40 x 23 cm (118 cm). In addition, passengers may carry a coat, umbrella, crutches, camera, binoculars, and reading material.
REMINDER: Bulkhead seats do not have underseat storage during take-off and landing.

Passengers are entitled to the following free baggage allowance:
- Economy Class- 20 kg
- Business Class- 30 kg
- Charter flights- 20 kg
All bags must adhere to the size and weight requirements unless otherwise noted:
- Maximum Weight: 45 kg
- Maximum Dimensions: N/A
Overweight/ Oversized/ Excess Baggage Fees
Any baggage weighing more than the free allowance requirements is charged on a per kilo basis. The charge per extra kilo varies from 5-10 EUR/kg depending on the destination. A complete list of overweight baggage fees can be found on Adria Airways’ website
Passengers are allowed to transport sports equipment including bicycles, windsurfing boards, and other sports equipment with prior arrangement: If you would like to transport a bike, you must let Adria Airways know upon reservation of a ticket.
Golf, ski, snowboard, and angling equipment up to 15 kg and 1.4m long are transported free of charge as long as they are within the free baggage allowance. If this equipment exceeds the free baggage allowance, the following fees apply:
- 35 EUR for European destinations
- 70 EUR for all other destinations
Bikes, tandem, scuba equipment, vaulting poles, surfboard, and kites between 15-32 kg and no longer than 2.5 meters are transported for the following fees:
- 70 EUR for all European flights
- 150 EUR for all other destinations
Windsurf boards, hanggliding equipment, kayaks, surfboards up to 32 kg and no longer than 2.5 m are transported for the following fees:
- 150 EUR for European destinations
- 300 EUR for all other destinations
